Meal plan for the next 8 days

Breakfast

Morning Green Glory (2 servings)
10 large kale leaves
2 large handful of spinach
6 romaine leaves
2 cucumbers
6 celery stalks
2 green apples
1 lemon (peeled)

Beet and Carrot Juice (2 servings)
1 small beet
3 large carrots
1-2 sweet apples
1-2 ripe pears
1/4” ginger

Lunch

Kale and Pear Juice (2 servings)
1-1 1/2 cups of green grapes
1 orange (peeled)
1 ripe pear
1 cup of kale

Roots and Fruits Juice (2 servings)
3-3 1/2 large carrots
1 cup of cut pineapple
1orange (peeled)
1” piece of ginger

Snack

Green Citrus Juice (2 serving)
2 green apples
1-1 1/2 orange
3 large handfuls of leafy greens

Melon Mint Juice
1 cucumber
1/2 honeydew melon
1-1 1/2 ripe pears
1/4 cup mint leaves

Dinner

Mean Green Juice (2 servings)
1 cucumber
4-6 celery stalks
2 apples
6-8 kale leaves
1/2 lemon
1/4” ginger
*add variety i.e. orange, pear, pineapple, spinach, beets
